From site conditions to equipment set point schedules, each part of a building has a role on the efficiency of use, ease of maintenance, and comfort of the users as well as the cost over the long term.
Site Development
GREENTHINC provides site development services for residential, commercial and industrial clients including Maple Hill Development Feasibility Study | Sai Developers, Inc. acquired an abandoned two acre parcel in Mint Hill, NC and retained GREENTHINC to develop a feasibility study for a four residence development. The project pursues comprehensive No-Net-Loss development strategies including tree canopy and site carbon storage capacity.
